A community will always need leaders who can take charge with a vision and create positive change. Leadership McMinnville aims to create more of those leaders. This annual program provides adults the opportunity to engage in a series of educational lectures and workshops. These activities take two overarching forms: development of leadership skills, and information of the various functions of business and government. By equipping these motivated people with invaluable skills and knowledge, we are adding to the pool of current and future leaders.

Much like the Leadership McMinnville program, Warren County Youth Leadership seeks out scholars who are in their junior year of high school and who demonstrate high interest and ability to serve as leaders. This program aims to develop the scholars' awareness of the complexities of business and government and to facilitate the growth of interpersonal communication skills. As an end of the year project, scholars can organize a new or preexisting community event; this serves as an application of their learned skills.
