    Dale Carnegie Executive Workshop on Employee Engagement: Creating a Culture that Engages and Retains Millennials
     
     
    The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce has teamed up with Dale Carnegie of Tennessee to offer a workshop on engaging and retaining millennials.  The workshop will be held September 6th, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce, located at 110 S. Court Square.  Sharon Garrett of Dale Carnegie of Tennessee will be leading the workshop. 
     
    “With millennials being the fast-growing generation in the U.S. workforce, it is no wonder employers are seeking to better understand them.” said Paige Chastain. “This workshop uncovers the employee engagement drivers that are unique to millennials and seeks to teach employers how to develop and environment that helps to engage and retain them.”
     
    Cost for members of the McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce is $15.  Cost for non-members is $20. Registration is required and lunch will be provided.
