Education is a high priority of Warren County Citizens as witnessed
by the newly constructed Warren County High School
and Hickory Creek Elementary School. Along with eight other
elementary schools, one middle school, and four parochial
schools, students in Warren County are offered educational
opportunities found only in larger school systems. Each school
has "state of the art" computer labs, Internet connections,
and distance learning capabilities.
Parental involvement is stressed at all schools. Active Parent-Teacher Organizations (PTO) insure community involvement in the education process. The Warren County High School PTO has implemented a new program called Pioneer Renaissance which recognized and rewards students’ academic achievements, good attendance, and good behavior. Click here or here to find out more about this program. In addition, a strong business and education partnership provides an atmosphere where graduating students are prepared for the world of work. All public schools are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. |
