We are looking for a dedicated Customer Account Executive to join our team. If you have 3+ years of insurance customer service experience and are looking for a rare opportunity to become a key part of a close-knit agency, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
In this role, you will manage personal lines accounts (with the possibility of handling commercial accounts based on experience) and be responsible for:
· Handling client inquiries, making policy changes, and managing claims
· Accepting and processing payments on client accounts
· Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
· Maintaining accurate records in Applied EPIC (experience is a plus!)
· Utilizing Microsoft 365 programs for daily operations
· Working collaboratively with a small, family-oriented team
Key Qualifications:
· 3+ years of insurance customer service experience (preferably within an independent agency)
· Property & Casualty insurance license required
· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
· Experience with Applied EPIC or ChatGPT is a huge plus
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Positive, team-oriented mindset
