Executive Director Position at the Industrial Development Board

The McMinnville-Warren County Industrial Development Board is seeking applications for the position of Executive Director. The Executive Director provides leadership in implementing and managing the development of marketing programs, strategies for business recruitment, and retention and expansion of local businesses.  Desired qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in a business relevant field of study, 5 years economic development experience or equivalent is preferred. Salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefit package includes paid vacation, retirement, health insurance stipend. Candidate selected is expected to reside within Warren County, TN within six months of hire date.
