Express Employment Professionals in Sparta is actively interviewing candidates for the position of Experienced Auto Body Technician. Our ideal candidate will possess extensive post-secondary automotive training and at least two years of dealer-level or large facility experience. The successful candidate should hold an unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record and have a strong track record in technical skills and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and restoration work on vehicles following established standards and procedures.
- Maintain the highest quality in body shop repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Produce high-quality results within specified timeframes and with efficiency.
- Replace parts and components as necessary to achieve desired aesthetics or functionality upgrades.
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an auto body technician.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be capable of bending, stooping, standing, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Equipment Used:
