Job Description: Express Employment Professionals is currently conducting interviews for the Serigraphy Clerk position in Sparta, TN. As a Serigraphy Clerk, you will play a vital role in the inventory and production process, working with heat transfer machines and screen printing equipment. This is a 1st shift position, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a salary of $13.00 per hour. This position offers the opportunity for temp-to-perm conversion and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match artwork to customer orders accurately.
- Apply heat transfers to apparel and other products.
- Perform screen printing on various apparel items.
- Verify and modify inventory records using computers.
- Complete all assigned tasks following safety guidelines.
Skills Required:
- Willingness to learn and receive training.
- Ability to operate heat transfer machines and screen printing equipment.
- Prior experience in screen printing is preferred, but training will be provided.
Experience Required:
- Prior screen printing experience is preferred, but candidates willing to learn will also be considered.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Taller candidates are preferred due to the nature of the position.
