Position: Quality Control Associate
Location: Crossville, TN
Starting Pay: $14 per hour
Shift: Rotating Schedule (4 days on, 4 days off)
Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience Required: 6 months in quality control
Job Responsibilities: As a Quality Control Associate, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the excellence of our ceramic and porcelain tiles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting tiles for defects, color consistency, and overall quality.
- Performing visual and tactile assessments to maintain product standards.
- Operating quality control equipment and tools.
- Recording and reporting any discrepancies or defects.
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure product quality.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating 4-day-on, 4-day-off schedule.
- Reliable transportation to and from Crossville, TN.
