    Come join Simplified Yogi, Tres Zen Den & The Alchemist Kitchen for a Saturday dedicated to connecting to your inner spirit at the Treehouse Studio. Please be prepared for meditation, a restorative yoga class & a plant based meal. There will be adequate time for breaks and personal reflection. Open Studio for an hour prior for arrival and settling in.
