Join Bike McMinnville to soak up some fall colors and enjoy the, hopefully, cooler temperatures, with an easy, family-friendly community bike ride!
Rides are scheduled for Sundays Sept 29, Oct 20, and Nov 17!
Everyone from age 0-100 are welcome to bring their bicycle, tricycle, training wheels, or even recumbent bike to spend an hour together on one of two routes. This is not a race just an opportunity for people to come together to ride bikes together. We'll have Bike McMinnville volunteers leading each route and available in case of mid-ride repairs/pickups.
Route 1
For youngsters, families, and new riders, we are inviting people to come together and ride back and forth on the Greenway. For more advanced riders, extend the route by riding over to Pepperbranch Park.
Route 2
For more advanced and confident cyclists, the route is a 7.5~ mile ride from Riverfront Park to the Warren County High School and back. The route out will pass through the Westwood neighborhood and the route back will pass through West Riverside.
All riders under 16 must have a helmet according to TN laws. We'll have materials to give out on biking rules of the road, routes around McMinnville, and tips for new riders.
