    This workshop is designed to help first-time homebuyers by providing important information on topics that will give them a head-start in the home buying process such as:
    • Obtaining 100% financing
    • Overcoming and repairing credit issues
    • Building credit scores from zero
    • Stability factors (job time, assets, co-borrowers, etc.)
    • Different financing programs available

    During these workships 2 Grant Programs will be discussed which provide qualified applications up to $15,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance.
