    Event Description:
    Help support the Tennessee Fisher House, a "home away from home" for families of patients receiving medical care at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro. The event will be a 4-person scramble format and begins with lunch at 11 a.m., and Tourney Tee Off at noon. 

    Prizes will be awarded, there will be a putting competition, and mulligans will be on sale for $10.

     Golf team entry forms and hole sponsor forms are available at Collins River BBQ & Cafe, 117 E. Main St., McMinnville, TN, McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce, McMinnville Country Club, and at Peg Broadcasting, 230 West Colville St., McMinnville, TN.

    Fees/Admission:
    Cost per team is $300, including cart, 18 holes of golf, lunch and a Tournament T-shirt. Entry forms and fees are due Monday, September 30 to Fisher House Friends, C/O Penny Medley, 129 E. Main St., McMinnville, TN 37110.
      Hole sponsorship fees are $100 each for Business, Civic and Professional sponsors     and “In Memory Of” or “In Honor Of” sponsors. Hole sponsor forms and fees are also due Monday, September 30 to the same address above.
