MAIN STREET BECOMES MAN STREET McMinnville, TN Dec 19, 2018 – Just for one day Main Street becomes “Man Street” to cater to the lovely men in our life, and other last minute shoppers, who wait to begin their Christmas shopping. The shops and businesses of downtown McMinnville make Christmas shopping easy on December 22 from 10 am to 4 pm with a variety of discounts and holiday specials. The participating shops will offer our last minute shoppers discounts, free gift wrapping, or other specials as part of the shopping event. In addition to their friendly customer service and product knowledge, the Trendy Trunk will have 50 percent off Christmas décor, excluding vendors, and 20 percent off of boutique clothing; Randy Jane & Co offers 25 percent off Christmas décor, 20 percent off flannels, and 10 percent off the entire purchase; and The Weathered Arrow offers a free pair of earrings with purchases over $50. Diamond Jewelry Co and Ashley’s Attic will offer complimentary gift wrapping to their customers. Shoppers can even scoop up savings on gifts for their furry friends with Furry Tales offering BOGO on all treats except buffalo horns. Some of downtown’s newest shops are excited to treat last minute shoppers. Renewed Creations is offering refreshments, complimentary gift wrapping and on-site embroidering to customers to make gifts extra special. This recently opened shop sells vintage and custom painted furniture, unique home décor pieces, and artisan and handmade items including jams, candles, and ornaments. Wink Skincare Studio offers complimentary gift wrapping with purchase of their beauty essentials. They also offer gift certificates for their beauty services to pamper loved ones who have already have one of everything. Downtown also makes holiday hostess gifts easy! Kimmi’s Tea Room and Vanilla Bean Baking Co. have delicious holiday-themed baked goods perfect to take to holiday party or family gathering this weekend. Newly opened, Depot Bottom Brewery offers growlers of their brews, perfect for game day watch parties. Last minute shopping is draining, and downtown’s got you covered there, too. Collins River BBQ and Café offers all “Man Street” shoppers 10% of their ticket with a downtown receipt to celebrate their achievement. Shoppers can enjoy a craft beer and hearty lunch, while they cross all the names off their Christmas shopping list. Downtown’s excited to celebrate the last minute shoppers among us and to offer a helping hand as they rush to find special gifts and unique stocking stuffers.
