I will be holding a seminar for the local martial arts community. All martial artists or those interested in martial arts will be welcome regardless of style, school, affiliation, or lack there of. We will feature a demonstration and learn a technique from three local instructors with different martial arts backgrounds. Mike Bouldin, inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2005, will showcase Wado Ryu Karate. Mark Clark, instructor at Cookeville Aikido and black belt under Saotome Sensei and Nashville Aiki Kai, will demonstrate Aikido theory and technique. Robin Clark, owner of McMinnville Jiu-Jitsu Academy and black belt under 8th Degree Master Pedro Sauer, will offer a demonstration and teach self-defense techniques that work in a street fight.
