    Event Description:
    In commemoration of United Nations World Toilet Day, founded to inspire action to tackle the global sanitation crisis. Today, 4.5 billiion people live without a household toilet that safely disposes of their wastes. Jan Heckler, Missionary to Madagascar, will be honored at a reception hosted by the 1st Presbyterian Church of McMinnville. Following a brief slide presentation about her service in Madagascar, a country having a poverty-stricken population of 90% living on less than $2/day, she will be on hand to answer questions.Refreshments will be served.
