Judging will begin at 9:30

Rule: No vulgar or inappropriate costumes. (Examples: No nudity or anything illegal. Costumes may not include sharp or loose objects that could potentially harm others. Any other costume or behavior deemed inadvisable by the NANYE committee." Great Prizes to be awards to Winners.
