Understanding ARC Labels & Proper PPE Selection Class Presented by Current Shield Safety Solutions

This class is designed for electricians, maintenance personnel, supervisors, and safety professionals. Participants will learn how to read and understand arc flash labels, select the proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and make safer decisions when working on or near energized electrical equipment. The course breaks down complex safety information into clear, real-world guidance, covering topics such as arc flash boundaries, incident energy, PPE categories, and NFPA 70E requirements.

About the Instructor:

The class will be led by Bobby Duncan, founder of Current Shield Safety Solutions. Bobby is an experienced electrical safety professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience across industrial, commercial, military, and construction environments. He also serves as a Navy Reserve Seabee Electrician and holds multiple nationally recognized credentials, including OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer, Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional, and Master Level Safety Instructor. His training style is practical, code-based, and focused on keeping workers safe in real-world conditions.
