Assembly 1st Shift

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for assembling products according to specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products following work instructions and blueprints
• Use hand tools and basic machinery as needed
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent manufacturing experience required
• Ability to use basic hand tools and read instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
