Warren Co. Youth Leadership

Warren County Youth Leadership (WCYL) is a leadership development program designed to provide local emerging and existing youth leaders with the tools to develop individual leadership skills, influence their schools, and contribute to their community. The purpose of WCYL is to train students in leadership techniques and community awareness so that they may become familiar with current issues, community resources, opportunities, and other factors influencing the direction of Warren County’s future. You do not have to be the president of your class or the team captain. If you think you have leadership potential or you have a desire to learn more about leadership and opportunities in your community, then WCYL is for you.
