Job Title: Weekend Shift Assembly Operator
Location: Sparta, TN
Shift: 1st Shift Weekends (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly tasks following detailed procedures and work instructions
Use hand tools and operate assembly equipment safely and effectively
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and report defects or production issues promptly
Maintain productivity targets throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work at a steady, fast-paced production rate
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Standing for extended periods during shift
Use of hand tools and assembly machinery
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred
