Location: Sparta, TN
Pay Rate: $16.38 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Overtime: As needed

Job Responsibilities

Assemble small plastic components according to specifications
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Handle small plastic parts with precision and care
Maintain production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Follow all safety guidelines and work procedures
Keep workstations clean and organized

Qualifications

Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with small plastic parts and repetitive tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
Ability to work overtime on Fridays when needed
